Why does everybody keep wishing eachother a happy and healthy winter?
A)it's not winter yet...
B) Is somebody going somewhere? Like, we can still talk to eachother... Usually you wish someone a good time if they're going away or something...

...And now I'd like to take the opportunity to wish everybody a happy and healthy winter! :-P
And yes, by the way, I really do empathize with your Perfection metaphor... Feels like my life is like that now, too. Except each time it feels like things seem to be falling into place less and less...
As for the winter wishes, maybe it's because we feel like we're in for the long haul now. At least that's what it looks like as a teacher -- no more vacations for months! I sure could use those good wishes now!
I hope things settle back into place for both of us soon. But yes, I know what you mean -- every time it hits so much harder. Maybe it's part of the added maturity that comes with each experience?
And a happy and healthy winter to y'all, too. May it be HaShem's will that we hear many, and only, besuros tovos. I can't take the news anymore...
Oysh, that's rough. I know what it's like, to feel like you can't take any more bad news or you'll just break. And of course, as the expression goes, when it rains, it pours...

I hope that by now the pieces did start falling back into place. There is a master plan you know so even this disappointment has a reason. Hugs and hope things are looking better now.
